Then there are the meats from locally sourced beef, the free range pork to the exotic and unusual. The deli has more than 120 cheeses. There are olives, oils, vinegars, even baby yellow pumpkins stuffed with cheese.
The frozen section with pastries, fruits, berries and exceptional ready meals; curiosities and gifts for gourmands and cooks. Wines, ciders and beers, honey and preserves, mayonnaises and spices and a large selection of diabetic and gluten free goods. Award winning local produce like the Taste of Staffordshire range is available and hampers can be made to order.
